The M40A3 is the best sniper rifle by far. The best perks to use are also Claymores, Increased Bullet Damage and Iron Lungs. If you don't have increased damage, you'll really struggle with one shot kills unless you aim just right or get a head shot.
Like noisia said, all of the other sniper rifles have massive flaws, sure the 50. Cal is one shit kill with no perks, but if you miss you're screwed. The M21 is appalling, needing multiple shots to kill an enemy and the same goes for the Dragunov only with slightly better damage.
No matter how good the Dragunov is in real life, it's not the best by any means in Call of Duty.
Another thing, if you're going to snipe on that map, I wouldn't lie there :)
OH, and by the way, you were using a computer right? If you were using the mouse then thats even more appalling than I first thought.

Hmm, I don't know about you, but I use my Barret every time and man... I can't even compare it with the Dragunov. With the Dragunov I missed all the time (even with steady aim...-.-') but with Barret I just can't miss... (maybe that's because the bullets are so large they just wipe everything in a 2mtr radius, idk.,.. :P)

Sniping has become just fine since the first patch.
The Dragonuv isn't the best rifle out of the tree, try the bolt actions if you have issues with hitting the targets.

and for the rest of the you, yeah, the dragunov sucks ass, the first sniper in the game is the most epiciest and I use it all the time :P r700 is nice, but the first one still kicks its ass ^^

Hmm, I can't really tell by the video, but I have experienced similar difficulties with the droganov, and only the droganov. Maybe its a programming error or something... I'm great with every single other sniper rifle. The droganov's bullets seem to have a mind of their own lol. I wouldn't worry about it, play around with each and find out which sniper rifle works best for you!
Btw, I am especially frustrated about my problem with the droganov because I already have it in gold TTATT I worked so hard for it too!

For me, the 1st sniper rifle is best, the R700 being my second favourite. I may change my mind to my 2nd being the 50cal but last time I checked it felt too heavy for my type of sniping.
