Yes, it must be fake, Freeheave2 doesn't have any 99 skills. (Checked by runescape highscores). His shield also isn't moving.

hp, fm, def, hunt, slay, many 99 skills, but if you have more than 1 99 skill your skillcape should be trimmed, and you have like 5 capes untrimmed, so it's fake, probally moparscape, not runescape, noob
