The second-last boss in Naxxramas, Sapphiron is the drake you see when logging into World of Warcraft using the Wrath of the Lich King expansion pack.

With its wicked gearing rewards, the fight against Sapphiron is fun and challenging for all involved, but difficult for a new healer to get used to in order to keep everyone alive.
