got it to work, turns out the coomputer i use is a year yoinger than buring crusade, just with a better graphics card

either its bugged or your computer dosen't have the right programs, it dosen't like the program or you computers old. just delete the folder, download it again, extract the files to a place of your choice then try it again. thanks for watching :)
