Within the Years is a story
about a young child who hear
and see his parents die
and.. well the rest shal
you figure out.

Nothing is actually filmed
in this movie. Not using
animations was a choice I
made to try the special art style.

The animation
style wasn't my only
choice.. I didn't have
any voice or text either,
well only at the book.
The reasoning for this
was that I wanted it
to speak through the
visuals rather than
being told to the viewer.
It's of course
freely up to each individual
to translate the story from his own perspective.

Everything was made in
Adobe After Effects 7.0
and edited and sound input
in Sony Vegas 8.0.

A great thanks to Videocopilot.net
and Creativecow.net to
help me push the movie further
with their great tutorials.

This is actually my first
movie I've made in
Adobe After Effects series
ever. As I've mentioned, this
video got a very special style
to it, and I'm sure it
won't be to everyones taste,
but then again, if a few
likes it, that's good
enough for me :)
