For anyone that's wondering about this video, this has long been nerfed, the "Arcane Potency" buff no longer stays active for the whole time Presence of Mind is active, also the Arcane Power is nerfed damage-wise and it cannot be activated while Presence of Mind is active.
At least he's honest about how OP the spec is.
