With Issue 14, someone may just take that idea and run with it.
Nice find BTW, I've become so accustomed to not being able to submerge that I don't even try anymore.
I think it'd be awesome if they added an underwater portion to City of Heroes, I'm still wondering why we can't swim underwater, xD Maybe an Atlantis Task Force, That'd be wicked.
