The Women and War Classroom in Second Life

This is a brief overview of the Women and War Classroom created by Literature Alive! in Second Life (Desideria Stockton/Eloise Pasteur/ Neoznet Watts). Students enrolled in an online summer Women's Studies course and a face-to-face WW2 History course at Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, PA, USA shared this space to learn about the role of women during WW2. Professor Beth Ritter-Guth (Desideria Stockton) and Dean Dave Longenbach (Foe Hammerer) met regularly to create a site rich with joint resources for student exploration.
