Well, uh yea, kinda. Ill try to explain it the best i can: they wouldnt let you have ALL the parts in the first cell stage, or you could ruin the whole idea of finding new parts, and you could automaticly make a huge creature with all sorts of deadly parts and conquer everything. They want you to kind of evolve your creature, not make 1 big one strait away.
Aw man... So in order to make a creature the way I want it, I have to do things? aw well, still looks fun
