Well, cool enough. I like the idea, and the voice would work if the mask was on during the actual interview, or make his face REALLY WHITE like an actual combine. But, it is sort of common knowledge that Metropolice are NORMAL humans. that are under Jurisdiction of City 17, and NOT of the Transhuman arm of Sector 17. Just my little opinion and critique, hope it helps. Good vid! Kind of an Odd thought to see a Metrocop's mindset toward's their job.
