Add something at the end where the circle flies forward, or just make it fade out, it seems out of place zooming into nothing.
Personally, I'd keep the first 3 seconds of the intro the way it is, and then keep that logo on the screen. Then have the url and slogan animated above and below it.
The round logo at the end seems unnecessary.
I absolutely love the colors and animation though! The first logo rocks.
That's just my opinion though. You're more experience at this stuff than I am :)
