2) Yeah I could put on the disguise earlier but I like to disguise according to the situation, and thus I wait for cloak first, then take a look around and disguise with no "puffing" whatsoever.
As for the weapon switching, yes, it looks stupid but mostly it's quite controlled and smooth (00:38-00:40) but as the Spy has way different weapon slots than the other classes I get mixed up easily. =P Never fancied the quick weapon switch though.

I'm of two minds of this video.
1) Great spying. You know your flickstabs & you're skilled at making an exit from a bad situation.
2) One or two things just seem glaring in your general modus operandi. Like why not throw on a disguise earlier than later? Can't hurt, and you're running around undisguised quite a bit. Also, why have the awkward weapon switching when you can disable the icons & speed up how fast you can get to your disguise kit, sapper or revolver?
