I need help with the 3D Skybox and Water in Source SDK.

That's not a problem. you have a leak in your map
I followed the Skybox tut to the letter, and it's 1/16, but I didn't put in that water control entity. That might do the trick.
for the water you need an entity thats water.lod.control i think and the skybox if i remember has to be 1/16 or 1/6
