    It's for download on their site, so I guess all their songs are good enough to use

    As far as I know, all the music from L70ETC should be allowed for use... It's somekind of game music anyway ;)

    I'm not sure if the "Murloc" song at the start is copyrighted or not,I remember playing it on Guitar Hero 3,so chances are it's copyrighted,but check with Oxhorn or someone else,you might find out that it's a creative commons license or something.

    Double check it though,otherwise it was ok.
