This is Sanctuary taking down Loatheb the third and final boss in the plague wing of Naxx. This is a very interesting fight. Out of every 20 seconds there is only a 3 second interval to heal. The boss also has over 6 million health. Also this fight continues to get harder the longer it goes on. The only reason it is possible is because of spores that the boss lets out that increases ur total crit chance by a large amount. Which guarantees a crit at almost every hit.
