You need at least two persons to exploit the bug. One sits on the grey horse near the person who looks like a patrician, while the other one accepts the quest "family affairs" (I hope this is the right translation). The horserider retrieves the girl, and the other player addresses the patrician again.
If things go right, the riding player turns into the dragon "Rufus". You may even fly by attacking by one of the other players and then keeping in motion all time. As soon as you stop you will land on the ground.
