yes, in some circles, he is considered the best at it. Fox can be chaingrabbed at any percent, most characters break out around 100. Now, im not talking against a wall, i mean across the stage. Some think Pikachu's jab against a wall is infinte, but any real player could get out easily.

Pikachu can chain grab? I thought it was just Dedede, Falco and Ice Climbers. Between Quick Attack Canceling and chain grabbing, he seems to have a lot going for him this time around.

yeah, Dedede's chain grabbing is impressive, he can get most characters up to 50% before they go to far, Pikachu can do the same thing. Did you know he can chain grab Donkey kong to 999%? its sick lol.
