Proto planetary discs, rare? Spore

I just made a new space exploring race in spore, (not even rank 3 yet :P) and in the starting area, there was 2 proto planetary discs, really close to my home planet, what are the odds for that? :D

By the way, these were my 3rd and 4th proto planetary discs found, but i have not found a single storybook planet :(   less info
