This video shows the difference frames per second rate has over the duration of the suppression effect in project reality.

seams like 90 fps is as fast as i can write to cache using fraps, while not recording i was hitting 350 fps but it only reduced the suppression another 1 second

i used "game.lockfps 10" to lock my fps to 10 frames a second for the second part of the test ("game.lockfps 0" removes the 100 fps cap).

90 Fps = 1.8 Seconds
10 Fps = 14.3 Seconds   less info
