Portal Chamber 13 (4 steps)

Beating Chamber 13 in 4 steps. This is hard, and it IS the least possible steps, at least that I have seen. The ending takes a lot of practice, you have to rock back and forth between the portals to build momentum so you can jump into the exit. I made a couple of mistakes placing the wrong portals in the middle, but I was able to correct for them.

yea but the last one wasnt that needed it needs 10 steps max u could have made portal nest to the gate and thats it

First of all there is a door behind, not a wall, so you can't put a portal there. Secondly, the ceiling is too low, so you wouldn't be able to gain enough momentum using that trick.

I've seen Chamber 17 done in 3, exploiting the push from turrets to finish the stage in one step. I've also seen a glitch exploiting quicksave/load to start the stage in 1 step. But other than that, no, 4 is the minimum.

Is it even possible to beat a level in less than 4 steps, because you need 2 for the walking in, then 2 for walking out.

I did jump: One step, jump (that counts as another step), and crouch to make it into the first portal.

Wow. That is amazing. Are you able to jump in these challenges? I was thinking you might be able to jump out of the elevator at the beginning and only have to take one step there instead of 2.
