  I guess I do have some tips. You may see it on my vids how I do it, you hold down the duck button on the box, and then you jump and press the use key, and repeat this as fast as you can.
  
  Right now I'm trying to do use the little computer on Chamber 18, to climb the highest wall at the end of the Chamber. And then what I have done is bind use and jump on the right and left mouse button, wich makes it much easier.
