What the heck!?! I guess YouTube censored it. The last seconds where her head splits open have been removed.
That actually IS in the game, Phantasmagoria was one of those movie-games from yester-year. The game is played through cut-scenes. This one happens if you don't give Don a certain item to distract him before pulling the switch. I had to watch that scene dozens of times before I found out I didn't have the right thing to give him and needed to go back to an old save. After watching it a few times, it got so I just couldn't watch it any more and had to look elsewhere when it played.
