NPC's don't move their mouths and no sound comes. Sometimes it works with Rumors. I Just did a fresh install to see if it would work. It didn't. I only have have these mods installed: Your Ppersonal Museum, Heather Golightly and reznod_mannequin. I think it may be Heather Golightly. Any help anyone? Thanks!   less info
