If you have AE but not premiere you will get a program called: Adobe Media Encoder, and you can choose pretty much the same thing as premiere rendering.

I've found all these Machinima tutorials really helpful, i guess the next step would be to pull my finger out and try one myself :P also Baldrick rules! come to think of it i was watching Blackadder yesterday :D

thanks dude ill prolly be checking back to these with my friends alot untill we become used to making machinama (or however you spell it), thanks i probably would've spent months trying to figure out michinama without these
On vegas, WMV 3Mbps brings out great quality too and the file size wont go over the roof. Mpeg however tends to take ages to render so i switched to WMV format.
Just thought maybe a few Vegas users wanted to know
