Have I missed something? - I've recorded a character talking (In WoW Model Viewer) with WeGame Client, but when I put the video into Adobe Premiere Pro Trial, my character doesn't move at all (The "moving" he does while talking).
Please help me, how can I make him "move"?

Okay i got a problem i record a female blood elf which is runing in stelth mode and i put background from map viewer in adobe and then i put the video from model viewer but i got problem around my char is about 3cm blue background from model viewer and my question is how to cut this blue thing ? i need only the char :) im sorry for bad english :)

i got full versions of CS3 and after effects, but it says the file could be corrupted or something :s

how do i import to Adobe Premier from WeGame ?
When i open the test Project the bakground turns red and says Media Offline in 200 Different Languages..

oxhorn, i have downloaded your little movie thing, but i can't load it, even though i have the newest trial you can get, wich is Adope Premier and after effects Pro CS 3, but it says the files aren't supported and all that shows up are squares of different colors like: blue, green white, black, all the those, i even downloaded the VLC Media player, and it still ain't supported, can you tell me why it is like that??

oh and i can only use premier after effects isnt working
you need the mpeg-2 decoder which can decode the mpeg files which adobe doesn't support
when i go to open it when im on adobe premiere it says the file isnt supported
what are those blieps in your video :p but you're way better then the one on youtube (ibeckman) nice details finally i can start make my own :D
way to confusing
ah i found a solution: using two keylights. One tog et rid of the blue then another to get rid of the red.
when using the keylight to get rid of the blue screen in after effects. the blue goes away but it leaves a red background. wen i click the transparency button, the background goes into 50% transparency.... any ideas on this?
DjMontana: Double-click on YOURS in the project panel--it will open up a new timeline.

Yea Oxhorn, I am getting errors with the Programs not seeing the AVI files at all. I open it in AE and it pulls in the stuff but they are like you are getting a Test signal from the TV with all the vibrant colors.
hehe it got even worse, if i double click the folder it opens and closes 2 sec after i've opened it
i allready downloaded the zip again and i discovered another strange appearance: if i click on the OBT 06 KG file, the folder where i stored the OBT 06 KG file in suddenly closes. maybe it's just not ment to be making machinima's... roflmao

Well I'm not sure what to say. The .mpeg works both on macs and on PCs. Try downloading it again--maybe you didn't download the full .zip last time. The only thing I can suggest is to google for more codecs and be sure you have the latest windows service pack installed.
The .mpeg is not terribly important for the sample project, though. All you really need are the .avis.
i don't understand, I downloaded VLC media from your link but my premiere still says file not supported.
Mmm, you need to double-click on the "Sequence 01" or "YOURS" sequence in the project panel in order to load the timeline so you can edit it.
Wait no, it did import the timeline but it's all one line, not multiple layers.
K, I'm making a project and it's working in premiere just fine, but for some reason when I import the premiere file into after effects, all it does is import my videos and audio but not the timeline. What's wrong?
Unfortunately that's not the problem, as I have vlc :(
And by driver I meant codec.
Um... it could be that you don't have the drivers installed necessary to read those files. The MP3 is just a normal MP3 and the .mpeg is just a normal .mpeg2. I suggest installing VLC on your computer. It may solve many issues:

I'm having the same problem as johnadmirl. First, a program called COM surrogate stops working, then i'm brought to a file list where i have to find out where various files are located. If I click on them, it says "file not supported" and so if i press cancel, the video screen in premiere just shows a red screen with "media offline" written in various languages.
Just FYI, I have a Toshiba laptop with Vista (it's about a month old), and version 3 of Premiere.

If there is no tab that says YOURS in the timeline, look in the project panel for the YOURS sequence. It has a blue icon that looks like three timelines with a red line through it. Double-click on it, and it will open up the YOURS tab.

Hm, when opening the project in Prem (CS3) there is no "YOURS" timeline.
Oxhorn, another great set of videos (Wont bother commenting on part 2). Nice and easy to follow. Just hope I can get some ideas for my own movies. Don't want to have to make pvp videos to Linkin Park songs. D:
