How to do it: First, have 2 or more of the same scroll (i had 16). Next, double-click the scroll to equip it. And last, drop the item you wish to duplicate and exit your inventory. The item should duplicate it's self to the number of scrolls you selected. P.S. I'm not sure if i am playing on the most recent update of Oblivion because i got it by torrenting it.
P.S.S. This doesn't work with all items.   less info
