Considering that most of the first speedruns on the internet did use glitches, I think that this does count as a speedrun as well. Though it would be a lot more cool (though obviously cheating) if he had done it without glitches.

the best Speed runs were on halo 2 that game was fucked up :P Grenade jumping through the whole game, you could fish it in like 1 hour or something.

I'm sorry but i didn't like it... i was actually hoping to see some Speed Run rather then Speed Glitch. Though thanks for reminding me that you can provoke guards to move faster rather then wait an eternity.

Nonsense, most speed runs are built on glitches. It's fine as long as the runner is honest about what's been used. A glitch run that lists the glitches used is just as valid as a no glitches run although one or the other could be more skillful.
If you want to argue then let's examine some typical speed run techniques.
Load clipping - glitch.
Cut scene skipping - glitch.
Bunny hopping - debateably a glitch.
Running on unintended level areas - glitch
Overbounce - glitch.
Gravity gun tricks (such as flying)/object physics bugs (HL2) - glitch.

If you've played oblivion then you know this isn't even possible without glitches, and no a Speed run does not consist of using glitches. You can skip things without blatently cheating. which is what you see in this video not to mention he simply didn't put a lot of his travel time in there.
Cowtipper: there are many kinds of speed runs. Glitches are usually used whenever possible, and are indicated feature. Of course, you could do the game without any glitches, and then you would just note - done without any glitches. Anyway, check out http://speeddemosarchive.com/

Ugh, a speedrun is without any glitches or cheats whatsoever. This isnīt a speedrun.
I'd rather see a legit speed run of all the main quests.
What exactly are we seeing a speed run of? All I saw was you skip a lot of stuff (the video cut from the swer to imperial city) then I saw a very large glitch/exploit (call it what you will) to get to the last fight.
