Not all soundcards come equipped with it. You could probably just get an MP3 you like and place it over the movie though.
to get sound on vista you need to go into your sound control panel and disable ur mic, and enable your realtek recording thing.
i have wegame on vista, but for some reason mine doesn't record sound either, but Fraps on the other hand does (but it's limited to 30sec clips)
