Long Jump, Lands on Roof - GTA IV - Awesome Stunt Grand Theft Auto 4

I did a sick jump, landed on the roof of a building, pretty sure your not supposed to land on that roof, but i got there anyway. I wonder why I'm so amazed by me landing on that roof :S

What's so special about that roof?^^
Is it the pc version or one of the consoles? For me the game doesn't work that smooth, my X2 4200+ isn't strong enough to handle it completely lag free on low details.^^ But it still makes lots of fun.:)
