believe me guys, it has nothing to do with monthly fees. They simply dont see a need to ban multiboxers, even with all the QQ. At least for now.
As long as u dont do automated actions, ur good to go.
When i press 1, i press earth shock on all, thats one action, made by me, not by a bot. This can be done via hardware or software.

It is fine by them, they even comment on how it requires skill and it is a challenging way of playing the game.
completely legal, you pay for all the accounts, you control them all.
as long as each character is on an account you pay for, Blizzard is fine with it. They in fact encourage multi-boxing so they get more money.
Thought Multiboxing was illegal :O
