if you read the lore behind this fight and listen to the character dialog. i reckon it increases the fights epicness by a fair amount

I'm sure if you look on bosskillers.com, or many of the other WoW sites you can find some stuff about what's going on in the fight. The one thing I do know is that if they dont' get in that blue shield when the dragons put it up, they all die....instantly.

If you just got THE world FIRST kill on the hardest end game boss, you would be screaming too and I highly doubt you've downed him multiple times on a retail server.

i know i guild that's currently on him but can't down him, best bit is his guild suports old legacy raiding [pre BC raids] so i get to do MC naxx BWL and AQ40 with the best geared palyers on my realm
