If you didn't know there is a website you can go to get anything sold on Amazon or Ebay for free (yay video games). It will require a small time commitment to post on forums and find referrals or to fill out surveys to increase your points.

wow is not meant to look realistic, its meant to be its own style, and alot of people struggle to get 20 fps on minimum settings so i doubt they will raise it much

yes, I think the characterlighting setting makes WoW characters look less computer-screeny and more picture-taken-in-real-life-ish
Sadly, I'm not sure my computer could take max setting how it's been acting lately, what with me needing a new video card and not having much ram
i just tried it and it did give a definite boost visually but its no where near oblivion standards.
the max comands are the best
