I was able to make a pretty convincing World of Warcraft murloc using SPORE's creature creator which they just released. Check it out and let me know how well I did.

Great detail on your murloc there, made it very believable, seemed like you did a lot of work on the body at the start, which is very vital. Good choice of body parts, overall fantastic!
