Yes Aleks55, CrazyDragoN is right, you can delete your hearthstone, not a problem, all you gotta do is go to an innkeeper and say that you want your home there, and a new one is added to your inventory.

1) Deleting HS is not a problem, you can always get new one from Inn
2)You CAN delete it

It works both ways: If your hearthstone is on cooldown it can work, If its not: You get ported to your last saves inn
