Although gear does play a factor - I make these videos not to showcase myself, but rather to display that most fights are doable simply by following strategies to avoid damage. If the damage from 1 tank can take down a boss, it means any extra just makes it faster. It is EVERYBODY's responsibility to make instances go fast and smooth by understanding the mechanics behind the encounters.
With regards to what I wear, I mostly tank in block value gear in heroics, which surprisingly is lacking in 25 man content. If you look closely (full screen) I have sub 25k hp food buffed.
Well i'll eat my shoes if you aren't geared with the best raid gear and enchants
