Movie Mak3rz is a machinima clan that's been around for a good 6 years. We started doing Halo 1 films and Half Life,publishing them on youtube.
After Halo 2 came out,we started making movies online,trying to imitate Red vs Blue.
It didn't go too well and we weren't that funny,but after another 2 years,we started to get hits like "10 things not to do" and "Zombies" which both got over 10,000 views in their first month on gametrailers.com
But now we're back. I've just bought Sony Vegas Pro 8.0,we have a HD capture card,we've downloaded the excellent wegame.com recorder,and now we've got some kick ass microphones to boot. We're ready to start doing what we love....making machinima.

How do you watch vid? I'm new...
This is actually the 360 version,wegame doesn't get used here.
I realise the wegame staff preffer to have pc videos on here,due to the nature of the wegame console.But they don't seem to mind other consoles using the system either,like the xbox 360 etc.
I aim to stick to pc only videos as much as possible,and since Halo 3 is more or less going to be on the pc (vista,dx10 cash in for Microsoft) then I am "preparing for the future" so to speak...
For recording consoles you need a capture card,I won't explain here due to the tutorials length etc,but search online and there's 100s of forums explaining how.
