The incredibly popular 1981 arcade game from Sega and Konami. This is actually some sort of bootleg called Frog, but other than the title I can't tell the difference. Controls are simply a 4-way joystick. The original title for this game was a wordy "Highway Crossing Frog." The music in the game are actually Japanese children's songs.

Honestly the pacing of this game always seemed a little bit off to me. It wasn't complex enough to require intense concentration, but conversely it was too busy to just kind of zone out and play. Consequently, I pretty much sucked at it.
