Thanks for being honest in this video. Forget what I said on your last episode, you might have a chance of winning if you practice with voice acting. Audacity is a great voice editing software that I would look into, as Psyko said before you should definately practice IRL. I love voice acting, its a favorite hobby of mine to practice, but my voice cracks like hell and I can only sound like 1 or 2 other people (thats the power of being 15). But you're young, you can still do it! Go for the gold my man...go for the gold!

audacity can change the pitch, but with the accents you'll just need to practice changing your voice in real life. The first voice I ever imitated when I was young was Elvis Presley. When I finally got him down I went with Yoda, Sean Connery, Scottish accent, English accent, Indian accent, and also continued with imitating people. Bill Clinton is the easiest voice to imitate if you practice. After mastering various voices you'll find that others won't be too hard. I would start out with Bill Clinton, just relax your throat and experiment with the "old" sound in your voice until you're happy. Feel free to record your voice to help you judge it. =)

Get Audacity. That helps you alot with voices. You can change the tone of your voice there without speeding it up.
