Combat Arms is in open beta stage, i read somewhere on their forums that they block all european ips to put less stress on their servers, i live in sweden myself and hell it doesnt work, not fucking fair.

No, that is not pwning. That's probably on recruit difficulty (definitely not hardened or veteran) and you miss more than have your shots on a PC no less. That's pretty weak IMO.
