ths makes me sad everytime i see it :(
this is a much truer version of fallout 3 (if they had stayed and kept on track we could have been waiting on 4 or 5 by now)
in my eyes it's still would have been better to play this (have played the demo) then the "bright and shinny" shit thats coming out this year
R.I.P. Black Isle you and Fallout deserved so much better
Bethesda did not buy the franchise, it was given to them. Also, this video IS NOT FALLOUT 3. This is not the game being developed by Bethesda. This is old. Way old.
Circuitous: I figured that out myself already, but there are countless versions of that song. I'm interested in who sings and who created the version in *this* video.
the video was from, well from fallout 3 which as you mite realised looked like trash but still a big step up from the sprites of 1 and 2 the the makers of oblivion bought the franchise and voila it was uncaned and brought to the same engine as oblivion
What song is that and who sings it? I have a feeling that it's Mama Cass Elliot - Dream a Little Dream of Me, but the version that I have it's not quite the same.
Well, considering this tech demo was made by Black Isle Studios, a now non-existent development team, I'd say this is really old and obsolete. Still cool nevertheless.

Also, to clarify, this is Black Isle Studios' development of Fallout 3 (code-named "Van Buren") which was canceled a long time ago.

If this is Fallout 3 for PS3 I shoot myself.

This is probably the Vanguard project. Something that is still in development by fans and such. it's not Fallout 3 by Bethesda.

It's not quite the same engine as Oblivion - it's been updated some. Hopefully they can optimize it better and avoid oversimplifying things.
