This is a great way to play Axe and Lich on the same team. Try your best to have the Call get every hero around you to attack you, and creeps if possible. This is done so the int hero takes no damage, the hex goes off repeatedly and Lich has the chance to ulti. As you can see this combo destroyed 4 players on the other team ;). Have fun gaming all! Also an extra note, never try to gank when creeps are following you. THE OTHER TEAM CAN SEE YOU WHEN THEIR CREEPS FOLLOW YOU hahaha, still worked out for the best i suppose ;)   less info
