This is Episode 2 Mission 1 of Doom running under the Doomsday engine. Doomsday updates Doom with poly monsters, hi res textures, advanced lighting, D3D acceleration, etc. with a nice Windows front end.
Quite simply, it makes the best PC game ever made just a little bit better :).
I'm not sure why the bottom few pixel were cut off.
