its not in real time. there is a console code they use that slows down calculations a lot so that any CPU can handle this. then they speed up the video in an editor. there are tutorials on this on youtube.

bman: this appears to be filmed with an in-game recording engine. it renders each frame one at a time to be exported into video, making it appear smooth. it can work on any PC that meets the game's minimum requirements.
