Wooh! I must get Crazy Talk, thanks for posting this, i'll try and see if i can download it. Everything is so easy to find with google now-a-day...
The mouth is not moving enough most of the time, maybe the lines around them are not where they should be (test new positions). And the fact that your character has got a high hairdo makes it difficult to move head naturally. Also try to animate the lips yourself instead of using the automatic script that sucks and act in frot of a mirror to help you find the right face ^^.
