I mean I play on 1.6 and my skins are all changed... My ct's are all green, my terrorists are in Soviet Union T-shirts :D and the guns are different. I even had a desert eagle with a laser and scope instead of a Scout AUG rifle (4-2; 4-3)

Ok 1.6 is bad graphics but very good game play. Css owns = world best online action game so go buy it and get owned 'cause you're bad. So skip 1.6(CS) and get Source(Css).

But I will say this. WoW has been added to the "e-sport" listings, and that is a game of questionable skill.

Try playing on LAN with Latency < 10 and without over sized player models
"confusing recoil" - 1st time driving might be confusing too ;)
If you would try to start private game and take AK-47 for example and spray at wall, you will see that recoil is not that confusing.. it just takes time to get used to
