Well, actually you only need HL2. To get it to run without CSS, just delete the CSS folder in the GMOD9 folder and it will work!

It's the Gmod, vertion 9 can be downloaded for free but you must have CSS and HL2 installed to run it. Gmod 10 is the version used and can be bought for 10$ on steam.
