yeah, but i think the ladder is the best way, you don't get hurt TOO much when falling down, and you will get shot at if you stand on the pole and the sandbags =P
you can jump to it from the light pole too but in winter crash a candy cane is in the way
I find it hard to get up there... I've done it twice, but it's so time demanding i prioritize other things, like shooting people =P
