Charlie Don't Surf son 2

I wanted to see if Fraps worked well on my new PC so I played Charlie Don't Surf from COD 4. It worked fine till the end when for some reason the frame rate took a serious dump. In the off chance someone asks I use downloaded character skins instead of the shitty default ones the Marines and OpFor have.
