  Hi again, im a normal blader with Bicheon, Fire Lightning on lvl 73 and Ice on lvl 30 ( ice will stay on 30 the other 3 will be raised to 90) my build is unique so i like to keep it for myself but when you go full str you wont do any wrong with it. For the skills its easy i have all bicheon skills on max possible lvl for my mastery ( this need alot of sp)
