Can anyone tell me Why Second life's bandwidth is Second Life

I'm on cable, at roughly 3 megs/sec. Behind a router (belkin).

I'm on cable, at roughly 3 megs/sec. Behind a router (belkin).

I have debug open here, as you can see and everything is all good except the bandwith meter is going crazy and everything is loading ridiculously slow, making second life next to unplayable.

Can anyone give me any help? Any UDP/TCP ports I can try to open?
